Created with a group of 5 for the GMTK Game Jam 2021. I was responsible for the card prefabs and a bulk for the deckbuilding logic.
We made the silly mistake of attempting to build a deck builder for a 48hr jam, which will never happen again. But I'm thankful we did! It was a fun experience (albeit a bit stressful) but I learned a lot, especially how important it is to develop to give designers the ability to quickly iterate the game's design.
This was also my first time working with more than one other programmer, so I got the chance to really practice good habits with source control.
